Wilson Trial Group represented the Plaintiff in a medical malpractice case. The Plaintiff, a schizophrenic patient, went in for surgery at Kaiser in Fresno, CA, and was taken off of his medications. The plaintiff then has a psychotic episode, believing he is kicked out of Kaiser and is chased by nursing staff and security out of the hospital and off the hospital grounds. He jumps on a passing Cadilac Escalade and is thrown off, receiving a closed head injury and many other injuries. Wilson Trial Group successfully represented our client and reached settlement.
Entertainment
Starz vs. Dunlap, et al.
Defendant Lindsey Dunlap misappropriates monies from Anchor Bay Entertainment by means of deception. The TV series, the Man From UNCLE, was the intellectual property that Dunlap used to take Starz monies. Wilson Trial Group successfully represented our client, fighting for their intellectual property rights, and reached a settlement with a 2.8 million dollar verdict.
Employment and Labor
Christian ministers were defamed by their church (UCLE) nationally by being called thieves, liars, whore mongers, and untrustworthy. They were also fired.
